Bound Information (new Final Forms)

2026-27 athletic requirements

All paperwork now accepted at AMS for the entire 2026-27 school year!

1. Physical paperwork - Print out the PPE Form, take it to your athlete's physical appointment, and after you have completed all 5 pages (not including the cover page), bring it to the athletic office at AMS.

  • MUST BE THE 9/2025 VERSION.
  • Do NOT drop off in a mailbox, place under a door, or leave on a desk.
  • The KSHSAA Concussion Form is included in the Online Registration (see below).
  • If you get the paperwork from a doctor's office, it may be missing the last page (KSHSAA Eligibility Checklist). You will still be responsible for printing and submitting the last page.
  • Must be dated April 1 or after in the current school year (to be accepted for 2026-2027).

2. Athletic online registration - now open!

  • Visit our new athletic registration page. 
  • Step by step instructions can be found below.
  • Returning users will log back in and start with the green registration button* and/or add a child** and continue through the rest of the steps.
  • If you have questions while registering, click the B button at the bottom right side of the screen during registration.

All of the above items must be completed before participating. Once practices have begun, all items are due by noon in order to participate on the same day.

Instructions for first-time users

Navigate to our school's home page. Click on the registration tab in the taskbar and select activities.

Sign in

In order to register your student for an activity, you must have a Bound account. Continue with Google or add your email address and Sign in with Email. 

Create your family account

Create your Family Account by entering in your name, your Family last name and other requested information. You will only be asked to complete this step once. 

Add a child to your family (returning families as necessary)

  1. Click on the plus button in the Children section.
  2. Click "New to Bound," enter the requested information, and click then "Create Child."
    • Find or Add My Child
    • Choose school
    • Enter Child's Last Name then click "I can't find my student CLICK HERE"
    • Create Student- enter the information and "Submit".
  3. Your child will be added to your family and will appear on your Dashboard.

Add additional guardians to your family as needed (returning families as necessary) 

  1. Click on the plus button in the Guardian section and then enter in the requested data. Be sure to change the email address for additional guardians.
  2. You may send the Guardian an invite email, which will allow them to create their own Bound account.
  3. As part of the invite process you will be asked to set each guardian's level of family access.

Register your child for activities with their legal name (returning families required)

  • Click on the green "Register'' button on your child's Family Dashboard.
  • Select School/Club.
  • Search for or select the school in which you need to register.
  • Select ALL POTENTIAL activities your student may participate in then click on "Begin Registration".
  • Continue by filling in the requested information.
    • First Name can be the name they want on event rosters.
    • "School ID" is Andover Central's Student ID and is optional.
    • IMPORTANT: When you register your child, an "Account Created" email will be sent to the email address you entered. Make sure to accept the invite and create the account. This is key to receiving future communication from school faculty and coaches!
    • Medical Page - Fill in required information.
    • Documents Page - For each document you review, click submit, then sign them digitally, and click submit. The student will need to review and sign their required documents as well.
    • Click to Complete Registration.
  • From the Family Dashboard, click" ... " next to the child's name to verify the activities the child is registered for, see what "Users" have access to the child's info, and which "Followers" are connected to the child for Sound's messaging tool.
  • At this time, there are no charges for registration.
