About Our School

Welcome to Andover Middle School, home of the Trojans!  AMS is home to approximately 740 students in grades 6, 7 and 8. Our mission is to assist students in Achieving academic excellence, Maximizing individual potential, and Succeeding as lifelong learners. Our motto is “Middle School Matters." Although we are a large school, we strive to build a sense of community through personal connections made in our classrooms.

Our goal is to provide our students with a safe and fun learning environment with an emphasis on high expectations for academic excellence and personally responsible behavior. Our school offers a comprehensive curriculum that caters to the diverse needs and interests of our students. The dedicated staff at AMS strive to create a challenging, supportive and engaging learning environment where students can flourish as lifelong learners. 

Through various extracurricular activities, sports, and clubs, our school provides ample opportunities for students to explore their passions, develop their talents, and foster meaningful connections with their peers. From athletics to academic clubs and performance groups, our activities are second to none. We are honored to represent our school and community with distinction and pride.
