AMS STUDENTS RECOGNIZED IN STATE COMPETITION

The Kansas Art Education Association is proud to announce the winner of this year's Youth Art Month Flag Design Contest. Emma Chamberlain, seventh grader at AMS, is the GRAND PRIZE winner in this year's competition! Emma will have her design made into a 3'X5' flag, and will be honored in March in Topeka as well as at the Youth Art Month Celebration in Chicago, IL at the NAEA Convention!
Two additional students were recognized for their designs as well: Isabelle Schuetz and Valeny Wong received honorable mentions for their flags.
