AMS is proud to host our annual Reality University for 8th graders on Friday, January 31.  This event is an exercise to help youth understand some of the "realities" involved in preparing for adulthood.  Reality U provides students the opportunity to learn about spending priorities and budgeting money.  The goals of Reality U are to show teens that their performance in school today will affect their future, and give them a chance to learn and practice personal finance skills in a fun way.

We are looking for volunteers to staff a variety of booths (see options below).  There is no prior knowledge required to work a boothVolunteers will receive a script and training that day for their role.

Below you will find a list of session times and booths available. If you are interested in volunteering, please email, with session time and booth preference. We are hoping to get two volunteers per booth for each of the sessions in order to provide the best experience for our students. If you would like to work more than one session or all day please let us know that as well.  If you have any questions or need additional information please feel free to email volunteer coordinator, Julia Shetlar,
