After graduating from K-State, I was a substitute teacher in the Andover district, and I finished the school year teaching 5th grade math and science at Martin Elementary. I then taught 4th grade for two years and 3rd grade for three years before moving up to the middle school.
My husband, Kyle, and I have been married for seven years. He is a market analyst at Flint Hills Resources. We have two mini Australian Shepherds, named Snyder and Jordy. In our spare time, we enjoy going to Beaver Lake, attending concerts, traveling, and watching movies.
I also enjoy reading, trying new recipes, going to Zumba and water fitness classes, and being around family and friends.
