Welcome to Mr. Fox's 6th Grade Science Page

As we transition to online learning, here is some information on how lessons will be conducted for this 4^th nine weeks. 

How will I be taught?

                All lesson will be found on Google Classroom. Lessons and information will be presented to students by teacher lecture videos, YouTube clips, online labs, posted materials and live Zoom meetings.         

When is Mr. Fox available for questions or help?

               My office hours are:

Monday - Thursday 1:00-3:00pm

               Thursday Evenings 5:00-7:00pm

Where can I find my lessons for the week?

               Everything you will need for your weekly lessons will be found in your Google Classroom. Your assignments may involve you watching a video and then answering questions in Edpuzzle, sending me a Flipgrid answering questions or showing me your observations.

What will be taught this 4^th nine weeks?

Science

               This 4^th quarter has been designated for the study of Ecology.  Students will be focusing on what is abiotic/biotic, organization of living things, habitats and how organisms interact with each other.

Medical Dectectives

               This 4^th quarter we will be focusing on your brain research papers, the coronavirus, and how evidence is collected, analyzed and used in the court of law.
